Who will benefit from my action research and how will they benefit?

By conducting such research, it is my hope that students, as well as, teachers will benefit in that they will have observable data to drive their learning and instruction.  Parents will also benefit from my research being that they will have progress monitor notices or other communication efforts about their child’s strengths, weaknesses, and/or gains.  With this action research in place, and a reading program implemented with fidelity our campus, as well as, our district will benefit by producing more fluent readers as an outcome.  My principal and colleagues are highly enthusiastic about my action research and believe that it will heed tremendous results.
