EDLD 5388 Week 3

Our school has done a great job of providing an equitable education for all students concerned as evidenced by the results of the Teacher Quality assignment. Teachers are able to incorporate cultural activities throughout their lessons fostering a culturally diverse climate. All teachers who teach at our 3-5 grade Intermediate campus have taught at least three or more years. They have also earned at least a Bachelor’s Degree. Teachers are highly qualified in their areas of certification and have earned additional endorsements in order to meet diverse student needs. It was noted that our campus has a very low teacher turnover rate of approximately 1%-2% each year. This demonstrates true dedication to the district, as well as the community. As far as recommendations are concerned, I recommend that our administrators continue on the road to success!
